How Are You Doing? Supporting Wellbeing and Learning Through a Concerns-Based Approach

Noting that a variety of factors—both professional and personal—contribute to positive or negative wellness and wellbeing, Dr. Porter highlighted key leadership practices that foster positive teacher wellbeing.
