This brochure was created to introduce how Regional Educational Laboratories (REL) and Regional Comprehensive Centers (RCC) help educators and decisionmakers apply research evidence to policy and practice. Developed by the Institute of Education Sciences and Comprehensive Center Network, this resource outlines how REL and RCC programs complement each other in support of a shared mission to improve student outcomes.
